The first shipment I received, although it was on time, was unfortunately damaged. One of the glass ampules was broken. I called the customer service number and was greeted with a friendly and knowledgeable associate. The associate asked me a few questions about the damage. He then asked if I could send a few digital pictures to his email account to validate the damage and said a replacement shipment would be sent out right away. He also gave me his direct phone number and email address should I have any further questions or problems. As promised, my replacement shipment came in the mail in tact. I also received email communication to let me know that the shipment had been sent so I would know when to expect it in the mail. Overall, this was a very positive experience and they made the ordering process very easy and I believe much quicker than I expected when dealing with international acco
